General terms and conditions

Program Materials

We provide best possible program materials which include prints of presentations by the faculty in handout format, any articles/ write ups recommended by the faculty, case studies, list of recommended books and a book from a reputed publisher on a relevant topic. We can not provide soft copies of the materials, because they are proprietary materials of respective faculty; however the printed materials and handouts cover all the matter used by the faculty in their sessions.

Registration and payments

Note - We are gratefully acknowledge the patronage of corporate and business world at large and are keen to give best of the services at reasonable price. These events are organized at considerable cost and advance committed to the hotels and other service providers. Every change in schedule or numbers would affect the costs, and always adversely. This puts some constraints on our flexibility. We are certain that our patrons would appreciate them and help us.    

The companies nominating participants for our programs can use following options –

  • Register on-line on our website www.bestbizsys.com
  • Send a plain e-mail with company name, address, phone numbers, senders name and participants’ name.
  • Write a letter and mail/courier to us with company name, address, phone numbers, senders name and participants’ name.

We usually organize programs in small groups and in past two years in about 40% of the programs were full and admission had to be denied to few of them. Particularly ‘Early bird’ benefit is given to encourage participant organizations to confirm their registration well in time by paying early.   

Best Bizsys would confirm the nomination nominally by e-mail subject to conditions that the payment from participating follows within 4 days time before the program date. If the payment is not received on stipulated date Best Bizsys reserves the right to allocate the nomination to next participant whose payment is received.   

Withdrawal of nominations

If the participation fees cheque/DD are already received and the withdrawal is conveyed preferably in writing in e-mail, letter to reach our office to Ms Gauree or Ms Smita -

  1. If the participating company withdraws nominations within 15 clear days before the program date the participation fees would be refunded by cheque after deducting nominal administrative expenses of Rs 200.
  2. If the participating company withdraws nominations within 8 clear days before the program date the participation fees would be refunded by cheque after deducting administrative expenses of Rs 200 and cancellation charges of 50% of the program participation fee.
  3. If the participating company withdraws nominations within less than 8 clear days but more than 3 clear days before the program date, the participation fees would be refunded by cheque after deducting administrative expenses of Rs 200 and cancellation charges of 75% of the program participation fee.
  4. If the participating company withdraws nominations within less than 3 clear days before the program date the participation fees would not be refunded.

Note – all the terms depend primarily upon the terms of the service providers and they may change according to the market conditions. Hence, please note that the terms could change from a round of program to another and displayed on this website.

Cancellation or rescheduling of the program

If Best Bizsys were to cancel or reschedule the program, participant’s fees would be refunded in full by cheque and expenses of courier, etc. would be borne by Best Bizsys. If participating company’s cheque was not deposited, the same would be returned as it is.
