usually learn about basics of commerce
on the job. They may often find
themselves in doubt about tax
implications or possible legalities of
an action they are thinking about. As a
matter of fact they are exposed to such
doubts every day. Most of them need to
know the basics of the law and taxation.
They should know about the do’s and
don’ts in regular situation and
implications of an apparently simple
action in the course of the work.
They should also know when expert help
is needed and where to find it.
This program is about such knowledge
bytes of law and taxes relevant to any
commercial manager. There is manifold
